Wir
wissen aus Erfahrung: Zu viele pädagogische Kräfte sind bereits
ausgebrannt und arbeiten nicht mehr in dem Beruf, für den sie sich
einmal von Herzen entschieden hatten. Wenn wieder Zeit und Raum für
die Beschäftigung mit den Kindern da ist profitieren alle davon-
die Kinder, die Erziehungsberechtigten und die Pädagog:innen.
Mit ErLe – Erlebnis-Lernen e.V. wird ein bewußter Gegenpol zu den Trägern gesetzt, die mit großen Einrichtungen und vielen Gruppen viele Kinder betreuen. Der Verein bietet Bildung, Erziehung und Betreuung von Kindern in kleinen, überschaubaren Einrichtungen an. So ermöglichen wir die individuelle Förderung und Mitbeteiligung der Kinder in einem optimalen Rahmen. Kleine Gruppen, wenig Kinder, liebevolle Betreuung und Individualität als gelebter Wert.
Gleichzeitig
entlastet der Verein seine pädagogischen Kräfte von
Verwaltungstätigkeiten und schafft damit gute Arbeitsbedingungen.
Der
Verein wurde von pädagogischen Fachkräften, Sozialpädagog:innen,
Erzieher:innen und Lehrkräften im Januar 2020 gegründet. Alle
Gründungsmitglieder engagieren sich aus voller Überzeugung für die
Werte des Vereins.
